Terence joined our team in November, 2022 as our Program Manager! He has eighteen years of experience working at a pediatric hospital for developmental disabilities in several capacities beginning with direct care. He also worked as a supervisor and trainer for direct care staff before becoming a Psychological Clinician’s Assistant. He is excited to continue his journey of helping people through us here at CWDR. Originally from Oklahoma, he has relocated to Washington to be closer to family.

Terence enjoys explorational travel, bowling, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
