The CWDR Youth Transition program serves ages 14-24 providing the following services to our young people with disabilities. CWDR Youth Transition Services Program is coordinated in partnership with local school districts and service providers guiding youth with significant disabilities

  • Continuing Education workshops 
  • Assistance in locating volunteer opportunities 
  • Assistance in pre-employment services
  • Assistance in identifying job accommodations 
  • Individual & Systems Advocacy
