Office Assistant (Ellensburg)
Monica Harris joined the Central Washington Disability Resources team in 2026 as the Office Assistant in Ellensburg.
Monica brings many years of experience in administrative support, operations, community outreach, and customer service. She is passionate about helping others and creating welcoming, supportive environments for individuals and families in the community.
Prior to joining CWDR, Monica founded and managed the “Pay It Forward in Ellensburg” community support initiative, focused on connecting individuals with resources, encouragement, and community assistance in a respectful and judgment-free environment.
Monica is known for her strong organizational skills, compassion, adaptability, and willingness to learn. She is dedicated to supporting both staff and consumers while continuing to grow her knowledge of disability resources, advocacy, and independent living services.
