Hello,

My name is Alexandria "Alex" Jaime, and I joined CWDR as an Independent Living Specialist in September 2025. I’m incredibly honored and excited to be in this role, as giving back to my community is something I’m deeply passionate about.

My greatest passion lies in empowering youth and young adults to reach their fullest potential. Having experienced the child welfare system myself, I carry a strong drive to be a part of meaningful, systemic change and I believe CWDR is the perfect place to make that happen.

I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor of Social Work at Heritage University as a full-time student. My commitment to this work stems from a deep belief that the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with friends and my dog, Bailey. I also love rewatching the Harry Potter series and unwinding with the latest reality shows.
