Disability Support & Education Club

Every month, CWDR hosts a support and educational group for individuals with disabilities. This club gives participants a space to share about their experiences, bond with others, and to learn about different disabilities.

Participants will have group discussions and collaborate on coming up with potential solutions to barriers within their community. After group discussions the participants will learn about a disability related topic that is chosen by CWDR. Previous examples include; learning about specific disabilities, accessible aids for computer use, screen readers, and famous disability advocates.
