Beginning October 1, 2020, in accordance with the CARES Act, CWDR is able to provide financial assistance to individuals with disabilities that have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Funding may be utilized as:
- rental assistance
- Food assistance
- Covid-19 related medical bills/testing fees
- Utility bills assistance
- Phone bill assistance
- Transportation to Covid-19 vaccination sites
- PPE and disinfecting products
To be eligible for CARES Act funding through CWDR:
1. You must have a self-identified significant disability
2. Must have been financially impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic
3. Reside within our service area ( Yakima, Kittitas, Checlan, Douglas & Grant counties)
