Power & Action System (PAS Program)
CWDR will be working with individuals with disabilities to ensure that they have accessible ramps in their homes to be more independent and safer, yard work managed and organized, bathrooms to include grab bars, and potential bathroom modifications for inaccessible showers and toilets. This would ensure people with access and functional needs, live independently through the accommodations and assistance this grant allows. Breaking down barriers for people with disabilities starts with access to services to modify inaccessible bathrooms, educating the public on the Fair Housing Act and the ADA's importance, and ensuring that people with disabilities are given equal access in their homes and their communities.
